Please note that all returns must be in their original condition and accompanied by all original documentation & packaging.

Returns:

• Email support@slgdiamonds.com to get a Return Authorization Number.
• Once your return has been approved, Superia will email you the return authorization number and a Fed-Ex label.
• Place your return in a Fed-Ex box using the supplied Fed-Ex label.
  Please note there is a $250.0 restocking fee if the return does not include the original Diamond Certificate & packaging.
• Clearly write your Return Authorization Code on the outside of the Fed-Ex box, before shipping.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt of your package in the same manner the payment was received.
